Multi Store Retail Company
The following graphic shows the judgment scores of the actual “off the street” applicant pool of a multi-store retail chain.
These individuals approached the sales counter and asked to fill out a job application. They completed the Athena Quotient (AQ). These individuals ranged from unskilled laborers to supervisors and managers. Prior to the use of AQ, managers had an extremely hard time making good hiring decisions.
By hiring only those applicants in the green zone, within 18 months, turnover was reduced from over 100% annually to less than 20%.
Almost all of that 20% turnover was amicable (employees moved or found a higher-level job).
As AQ-approved employees entered the workforce, customer complaints dropped, profits increased and issues among fellow employees dissipated.
