Customer Service Improvement

These results evaluate the effects of using the Athena Quotient (AQ) for nine months on two units with mediocre Press-Gainey customer service scores.

Unit A remained untouched as a constant. AQ was not applied.

Unit B used the AQ for its hiring and development. As you can see, Unit B’s score improved significantly, even in such a short period of time.
