You earn a 25% commission on every purchase your clients make. For example, if a client spends $1,000 monthly on hiring assessments, you’d earn $250—month after month. Additional workforce-improvement purchases increase your income, rewarding your effort and client relationships.
No. Athena does not charge fees, training, or hidden expenses. AEs are expected to have their own computer with internet access and the ability to join virtual meetings. We provide digital resources to assist your clients at no charge, so you can focus on advising and earning commissions.

No. This is a fully remote, independent contractor position. Athena Assessment expects that the clients you serve are satisfied. As long as you keep your clients happy, we’re thrilled to have you as an AE earning commissions. If you ever choose to retire from the role, we’ll reassign your clients and wish you well.
